Ever ordered something from Amazon and the managed to mess it up somehow?

I ordered from Amazon.ca, and they sent me my order with holes in it. Luckily I didn't have to send it back and they offered to send a free replacement.

I pre-ordered Project x Zone last year and it was the limited edition. What did I get from them? The standard edition without the bonuses. Mom ordered a replacement from them and it was also standard edition. So Mom ordered the game at Target. And that's why I'm NEVER having a limited edition of a game be pre-ordered from Amazon again.

Nothing weird has happened with any of my Amazon orders until recently when a friend sent me a surprise gift and the box arrived with the top almost opened.. luckily the item was safe inside but I just thought that was odd. O-o

I'm not doing pre-orders from Amazon again, not after they messed up on the dates for the Sonic/Mega Man crossover's first graphic novel. I decided to cancel the pre-order and get it off the publisher's website instead.

Really? I've never had an issue with Amazon, I've been an Prime member there for years. It's not hard to believe that others have problems though.
