We talk about how much we love the Klonoa series. It's not perfect, but we love it. However, there's some levels that drive us mad. What's some of your most annoying levels in the series?

Klonoa: Empire of Dreams: Vision EX-2.

IT TOOK ME LITERALLY TWO WEEKS.

(In suspension on WiiU, of course. My original playthrough on the GBA didn't take ANYWHERE near as long.)

I like all the levels in the game from a casual perspective, mostly since the puzzles and what not actually get you to think.

From my perspective though, Ishras Ark is the worst (klonoa 2: lunatea's veil).  It's so weird going through it, where most of the time it's backtracking to a part you JUST did.  I don't like it one bit.

hmm I can't think of any levels I entirely would loath I know I would rather run Hyuponia over say Ishras Ark revisited.
vision 5-2 of Klonoa DtP for ps1 sometimes agitates me but only because I get stuck waiting on the moon to stop eclipsing which makes me impatient.

Now about that 00 dreamstone run I had on Klonoa 2 recently. ohgarghgjf the time I had trying to pull that off in Mira Mira Mtns was painful even the forgotten path was easier for me than that place.
Volkan inferno was also super difficult for the 00 dreamstone run as well.

Probably Ishra's Ark revisited.

Not only do you have to go through it once, but then you do it again, which wasn't very fun.

My most hated level would probably be:



Why? Because if you ever played it, it pretty much requires PERFECT timing to get every last stone. It is a complete PAIN. If you even get the the third section and miss one, you'll have to redo the entire level all over again. It's so tedious it's not even funny.

Then again I always liked a good challenge. (But this isn't a challenge, it's hell on a stick.)

DtP Vision 6-2 gave me a lot of trouble as a kid, but other than that, can't think of anything else.

Nothing comes close to the difficulty I had with the Kingdom of Sorrow. Seriously, I had to co-op with a cousin (using the Popka Jump of course) to get me through it.

Other than that, the entire Klonoa series was pretty easy, really.

5-2 and 6-2 of DtP were always really difficult for me. They're not poorly designed or annoying, I'm just impatient and unskilled.

Ishras Ark in LV drives me mad, though. I rarely enjoy either trip. Other levels were a satisfying amount of challenge+charm, but the Ark levels were just tedious and dull imo.

There were probably a few handheld levels that bugged me but it's been so now long, I don't remember any. ┐(´－｀)┌
