Klonoa 20th Anniversary Collage Project

I thought about it for a while and decided to shelf the last idea for a 20th anniversary project (the storybook) for being too complicated and inaccessible to the majority of fans.
That being said, I have devised a new project that should be doable for any artist willing to participate!
To keep things tidy here, I wrote all the information in a Google Doc:
