Possible new Klonoa fan project?

Hey everyone, I got to thinking, what would it be like if we could create a Klonoa RPG game inside EarthBound and modify the game?

Would any of you be interested in assisting me to create it?
I'm definitely going to need coders and maybe some pixel art help...

I'll edit this post if I have any beginning work to show, I'm going to get started on it soon today!

Might want to try to find an engine but I'm just tossing an idea.
coders might be a bit hard to find : x I've seen a few people  searching for those on this forum.

Eh, I could probably learn it myself, it's mainly to teleport the players to x location after y event occurs.
And of course to make y event happen and how events work. This is my first time trying to properly mod the game x3

I can code a bit, and I'm trying to learn more since I'm making a game as well. Though I'm super busy I don't know if I'll be able to help, I can try to offer some assistance whenever I can, but that won't be often.
