Sable takes a crumb...then EATS THE WHOLE COOKIE!

Sable: "...OH GOD, IT'S MINT OATMEAL RAISIN! BLECK!"

Sable uses his control over time to un-eat the cookie, and forces Alex (the Zoroark, mind you) to use his powers over space to make the cookie...THE BEST COOKIE IN THE WORLD. IT CAN BE WHATEVER YOU WANT, FROM THE MOMENT YOU EAT IT.

...Sable then takes the cookie on a date! He's a nice Lucario, he treats a confectionary with respect.
