While I do not own a playstation and therefore cannot play that for myself, I’ll go watch a playthrough of it sometime, then! 
You don't a copy of it, right? Because if you did have one, you could use that copy, place it in your pc, and then play it on the Duckstation emulator. Though idk if you have a copy of it or not.
But yeah, Door to Phantomile is quite a good place to start for Klonoa. And if you enjoy it, then you can maybe move on to Lunatea's Veil.
Klonoa is a very good game series, and I think you'll enjoy playing the Klonoa games!
