Hey Undertale fans! Official Undertale merchandise is now available for pre-order here. 

This is a combo of two t-shirts, a Mettaton poster, and stickers. You can purchase them individually or separately.

They'll start shipping them out in early December so it's best that you pre-order any of the merch soon (it's 5% cheaper to pre-order now than to wait).

Why does this look so much like a Doom mod? (You know, besides the fact that it uses 2d sprites in a 3d environment) I'm serious! This really looks like ZDoom/GZDoom with the third person camera enabled.

I just found the answer to my own question. The developer is using an updated version of Ken Silverman's Build engine! (Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, Shadow Warrior, etc.)

If I ever get to fight him (as an optional boss, maybe), I'd probably play this.
