For the most part, yea. I said "for the most part" because it's debatable as to wether or not Moonlight Museum and Klonoa Heroes are canon or not. Mionlight Meuseum, because it's supposed to be a prequel to DTP (though, with me, it feels more like a side-story than a prequel) but that's debatable because of the whole "fake memories" thing at the end of DTP (sorry for spoilers). And Klonoa Heroes, because it's set in an alternate universe.

Hmm, that's a good question.
In the development journal of Moonlight Museum says : "Q. Isn't Klonoa supposed to be in Phantomile?" "A. There're thousands of ways to explain Klonoa's universe." And they never mentioned the continuity thereafter.
So I guess you can just find your own ways. (Geez, how lazy they were!)

However, Lunatea's Veil is a direct sequel to Door to Phantomile.

Do I need a high-end PC for the better graphics, though? Sadly my computer isn't that great.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I've already picked up Klonoa: DtP on PSN and Lunatea's Veil on PS2. Once I complete DtP 100% I'll purchase the Wii remake and 100% that as well.

I never got into dolphin, I prefer to use my console. You know games compatibility issues, and other glitches... Also, since when exactly dolphin supports Wii U emulation? Never heard of that.
