I’ve got a burning lore question Im seeking answers to: is Klonoa when he’s not dreaming a human, cabbit, phantomilian, or something else? Is this answered in his other games or the Noctis Sol comic? Or is this something left to our interpretation?

honestly im gonna go with cabbit, ive never seen the comic but the thought of human klonoa confuses me so i doubt its real lore

Well I only know that in the Noctis Sol comic, where he is shown awake and going to sleep, he still is the "creature" he is (I don't like using the term "cabbit", as it's not a canon species and, as far as I know, it hasn't been established that Klonoa is a cabbit per se), so, I'd say, Klonoa himself would remain the same for the most part, whenever he isn't dreaming or something.

Thanks for the answer! It’s interesting they haven’t taken a “Klonoa is a human irl” approach considering it’s the form he takes in our dreams.
