My upgrade install was working fine but quickly developed into 20+ unknown devices and my usb acting crazy.
On my fresh install of win 10 atm I am having strange issues with dxtory not hooking into anything and amd vce not being detected in OBS x_x .

EDIT: Just now got VCE fixed Windows was missing a Visual C++ Redistributeable package.

Is something wrong? My laptop isn't getting ANY sort of notification or anything asking if I want to download Windows 10.

Update windows. The notification only shows up when you have a certain update installed.

I can't even install 8.1 for some reason. It just goes "Something's wrong" halfway though installation and standard windows 8 PCs are not eligable for 8.1. Oh well, I'll sort it out some other time
