Hi guys,

If you remeber from early May, I made a topic on how its possible that Klonoa could be a playable character in the upcoming Smash Bros. games for 3DS and Wii U.

But now, I discovered something that is out right taunting me.

A fake leak. Note that I said fake. I'll explain that later.

Today, a GameFAQs user by the name of kussuhe posted a leak on tinyupload that claimed to have images for the Smash website.

These contained pictures of two characters: Palutana from Kid Icarus, and Klonoa.

I looked through the zip, and the Palutana image was all gitchy, but the Klonoa picture is a different story.









At first glance, some may consider this true, but I have been through this before, and I will tell you the reasons.

1) When I looked at it closely, it looked like a 2D image rendered in Photoshop rather than a 3D model. I say this because another leak for Smash had that same kind of approach.
2) Somebody already found the image on deviantart. It was by a guy who wanted Klonoa in smash. The "leaker" probably took the image and applied it to various pictures for the Smash Website.

As much as I would like to see him, this leak is definitely a fake.

First off the guy who made it even said it was a personal work of his.

Second off, every image is the same, just cropped.

This isn't really a reason that it's fake, but if he got in, I would think that they would have used his more recent design(s).

Hey, he almost had me fooled  ^^;
This render looks so detailed, and the redesign not only looks really cool, but it looks like a design that they'd definitely go for if they added Klonoa to the roster. It's truly a shame it wasn't real, but for what it is, the artist did a great job in tricking us  ^_^

To be honest,when i saw this,i thought it was real but i knew that somebody made it so it's totally fake.

The funny thing here is that is a new design! It's never been seen before, but it does take inspiration from wiimake and K2. It actually looks like the mind of outfit for a, dare I say it,
