Yeah, that's the guy. As far as I know, he hasn't made anything original. He likes to commission/request art from artists either of his one-true-pairing or something relating to having Klonoa in Smash. Or he'll just steal somebodies artwork and be really petty about removing it when caught. When caught, he'll run and make a new account. He has been quiet with me but that's probably because I have refrained from posting my Klonoa art anywhere... and personally, I never wanna deal or see him again.
.. but yeah, sure it's a nice video if he actually composed the song or whatever.
