Honestly I feel Uncle Grandpa is just trying the shtick that made Ren & Stimpy popular. Insane humor that just made no sense for the sake of not making sense.
Only thing is, Ren & Stimpy at least had memorable dialogue to help with the randomness. After all who does remember Ren going "WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON'T AGREE WITH ME? DO YOU KNOW WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH?" Uncle Grandpa? I'm sorry but, I doubt "Good Morning" is going to develop into a catchphrase more than "Believe it" will.
