Yup that's Little Tail Story, not the same thing as a sequel is being worked on but I did see what yo9u did there.....

Granted- however, much of their supplies and tech are raided by the moos, pushing back all the releases on games they're developing by a few years. This includes the Smash Bros. games they were helping to develop.

I wish there was a Klonoa/Solatorobo crossover game.
