The site says 'any video game character' and doesn't specifically mention Nintendo. Plus, the head of Xbox said that I'd enough people vote for banjo and Kazooie, they could get in, since Mocrosoft let Rare work on Nintendo projects before with no problems. Yeah. The post is confusing me too.
